(iii)      Cancellation: you may request the cancellation of Personal and/or Financial Data that KUO keeps in its file once our Services have concluded, which you shall be informed about; however, the Company shall not be obligated to cancel the data in the cases mentioned in the Data Law.

(iv)Opposition: you shall always be entitled for any lawful reason to oppose the use given to your Personal and/or Financial Data. Nevertheless, KUO shall not be obligated to interrupt the use of the data in the cases mentioned in the Data Law.

Requests for access or change of information shall always be addressed according to the applicable legal requirements.

KUO has implemented reasonable commercial standards of technology and operational security to protect all the information provided by its visitors in the event of any loss, misuse, alteration or destruction.

KUO reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time for any reason. Nothing contained herein creates or is intended to create a contract or agreement between KUO and any user visiting or providing identifying information in any way.

KUO understands the importance of protecting children's privacy online. The website, which is regulated by this security policy, is not designed for or intentionally targeted at minors. KUO does not have the policy of collecting or maintain information about children.
